Fees and Payment:

The fee for the visit is $100, payable by cash or credit card. Insurance is not accepted, but you'll receive a receipt with your diagnosis and insurance codes that you can use to file a claim or for a flexible spending account (FSA).

 

Prescriptions:

The doctor can write or call in prescriptions to your pharmacy. Refills are limited to medications you are already taking. Please note, pain medications and controlled substances will not be prescribed.
